  Clean store with a long wait in an organized lineup. But the staff didn't know how to do what I wanted (short-term iPhone SIM activation with data) and the manager insisted it couldn't be done, even after I told him I got what I needed in New York three months prior. I suggested that we phone the NYC store but he refused. I guess the store didn't want the business. The 123 N Canyon Drive store was an interesting contrast. The rep there didn't know what to do but he had no problem with the suggestion that we call the NYC store. The NY rep was helpful and I was setup very quickly.
