  I have asked them to give me an estimate for home unit. Scott came to my house and told me he will send an estimate to my email on that evening. I did not receive estimate and I called them 3 days later and still not ready. Then they sent me an estimate. I called them back on Monday 3 days later as I received estimate on Friday. When I called they asked me to pay 50% and I was ready to pay. I asked them when can I expect to start the job and told me it takes 2 days for the shipment. So I expect that it will be on Thursday because today is Monday. He asked me to hold on and I was holding as asked, then someone come on the line and asked me, Is there any problem with down payment? He is off topic completely and when I mentioned back to him it was not a problem or issue with downpayment , my question was when should I expect to start the business. He asked me not to interrupt when he was talking. I waited patiently until he finished, then I asked when is my start date. He told me he was sitting next to the gentleman I first spoke with and told me he had told me the start date. It is in essence he basically making me a liar and simply wasting his time.I own business myself and I normally don't want to write negative review for other businesses, this is my first time. So with that experience I personally do not want to continue business with them. They seems too busy to understand customer satisfaction and customer relationships. I wish them well but I no longer will be using their service even if they are the only company available in Coachella Valley. Richard Kyaw.
