  I walked into the Shiraz Gallery as a complete stranger not knowing what to expect. I was dazzled by the service and the attention to detail that was received by the owner and the staff. I live on the East Coast and had a few hours to browse the showroom while on a business trip. My sales representative, Lynn, was a true professional in helping me select some beautiful rugs from just the photographs I had on hand of the interior of my new custom home. She also spent countless evenings on the phone with me to assist and suggest additional ideas after I supplied the measurements for each room. Shiraz sent several sample rugs to my home. This was a huge difference in my choosing the right floor coverings to lay over my 9" plank 100 year old heart pine vintage flooring. Even though I reside over 2500 miles away; I plan to continue using Shiraz for supplying the remaining rugs in my new custom home.
