  I went in to exchange a pair of shoes that were a defect. I had the receipt, the original box and in the original condition. The shoes were never worn outside my home. These are very expensive shoes that were a Christmas gift. Further, I was willing to pay extra $$$ for the a good pair without defects. However, the manager Mr. Stevens (son) insited that there were no defects and refused to exchange them. He insisted that I take them to another branch (6hours away) where the orinal receipt is from. He lacks basic common courtesy, proffesionalism and customer service. That said, if a negative star was an option he would get that instead. All in all, just an awful experiance dealing with an awful person.
