  I just called to verify if my vanity chair was in fact in stock for pick today as was specified on their website before I made the drive (which was out of my way) to retrieve my item. I spoke to "Diane" who was CLEARLY and audibly put upon by my call because there was another call coming in. Really? I was on the phone FIRST, so you kindly put me on hold and answer the call and tell them you are currently on the line with another customer and you will be right with them OR give them the option to call back in 5-10 minutes. Because why?? Because that is quality customer service IS, Diane!
