  I don't shop here much, but I happened to find the gift I was looking for at a great price on their website, so I bought it. Then on cyber Monday I saw that there were further discounts, so I called to see if they would retroactively honor the new price. I was told to return the item and order a new one. So I went to the Palm Desert store and was helped by Muhammad. He was quick, friendly, and helpful. I thought that the "cyber" price would be cheaper, but he let me know that the item I returned would be marked lower than the online price! So I bought it back at a significant discount. I had to write a review, because even though customer service reps should be expected to be helpful, often they are not. Maybe because they're trying to move the line along. Maybe because they forgot the golden rule... Whatever. Muhammad helped beyond the standard that I'm used to at department stores. He treats customers like they're friends.

  Had good luck today! Found some great deals. Saved a bundle of money, got a few nice tops, a super cute jacket, a darling watch and even some toys for my grandkids!
