  WARNING. My experience with this company was HORRIBLE. I've remodeled several properties and dealt with many vendors in Coachella Valley and my experience with bait and switch PHIL (the owner) was HORRIBLE. The fireplace door was promised in three weeks, but took NINE weeks. When I pressed bait and switch PHIL for answers, he offered excellent lip service in the beginning. He then became super emotional and sent me super unprofessional and incredibly bizarre emails. When Phil's installer finally completed the installation, it was sub par. As retaliation for being upset that I was lied to about delivery times, Phil actually called the Palm Desert Code enforcement as retaliation because he knew I was in the middle of a full scale remodel. Phil also made an unauthorized debit to my credit care. My experience with bait and switch Phil was a complete disaster. Phil bragged to me that he was so busy it would not matter if I posted a negative review. I would head down the street to the competing fireplace store. STAY AWAY.
