  Hey guys y'all who go to Champs you might want to think twice before going there because the service there was very terrible and appalling. Here's a true small story for you guys to listen and ponder about when going to the mall and spending your money for Champs. As I was shopping I wanted to buy new shoes, so I decided to go to Champs to buy my shoes. I find a pair of shoes I am happy and satisified with I ask one of the employees if I can use one of their socks. They gave me the socks, however the socks didn't fit me, I ask if they have a bigger size, but one of the employees was kind and said no I'm sorry. Unfortunately, I caught another employee sneakingly telling the other employee not to apologize because it's I quote "Not their fault". I confront this other employee and ask him sarcastically if it's our fault because we are the customer, you can't expect the customer to bring their own socks. The employee even asks if we want to buy one of their socks, but the thing that is very wrong is that I don't want to buy socks just to try it with shoes. At the end of this situation I just immediately because I am not gonna spend my money on employees who have poor service and act like a jerk to their own customers. Well, this is something I just wanted to state and make it right because PLEASE don't spend money on the people who treat you like nothing. Thank you and have a nice day
