  Sadly after a large appliance purchase, you find out just how good or bad a retailer can be. When you experience a problem such as delivery and installation you are handed off to an off site department. There, they place/pit you between the store and them. Customers are not valued in that setting. Before you buy anything, try calling by phone and finding a human to answer the call. Start to finish a nightmare, with minimal compensation for time lost and repeated trips to the store to talk to a human. I could say more, but I will never do business again with them. There are other better options out there.
