  Great service. My cell phone died, Verizon Tech coach told me I needed a new $960 phone after dpending 2 hours on the phone with them. The battery was only 6 months old but I thought before I bought a new phone I would have the battery checked. Turns out to be an internal short in the old battery. Fixed the phone for $40. Plus, this battery has a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the phone. What a deal. Thank you Batteries Plus for saving me $900+.
