  We arrived early for out appointment but when 2:45 came, the Apple genius fixed our computer in less than 20 minutes! This store is great compared to the store in Rancho! In the future, if any problems I will come to this store! Great service!

  Orion was awesome! He is truly one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees I’ve worked with at any Apple store. He was able to take the necessary steps to resolve my phone issues I’ve been having for the past 5 days. Thank you again.

  I could not get the charging cord to go into the charging port of our 2 month old iPad mini 4. I had to visit the store 3 times before finally being able to talk to a “technician” which only happened because I got in line 45 min before the store opened. The “technician” looked at the iPad, within 30 seconds declared that it was definitely something we did to the iPad and the only thing he could offer me was a new one for the discounted price of $299. He was snappy, unsympathetic and short tempered (I was too when he presented my options). When I got home, I brought the iPad to an iPhone/iPad repair place. I was in and out of their store in literally 30 seconds with a fixed iPad. He charged me nothing because there was just a small “frame” of a charger that had come off in the port. He popped it out and we were on our way. Pretty ridiculous and frustrating that the Apple “technician” couldn’t figure that out?
